What a day a few hours sleep is enough?


Sleep is an important activity for survival. It is the need of the people as well as other requirements. As well as food, sleep is at an appropriate level. Studies have shown that too much sleep can cause obesity, diabetes, heart disease, depression, and could face a premature death. But sleep deprivation can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure (hypertension) and diabetes. How appropriate sleep a few hours?
    No report on the number of hours we spend in real sleep. However, the majority of studies have confirmed that the most appropriate adult should be spent in sleep is between 7 to 8 hours. They can not sleep that each person needs to actually sleep This is because different people may take a different sleep satisfied. So the best way is to each of us to try to understand their own needs and it is customary in our sleep.
